What 365 Days of Mindfulness includes:
-16 modules / month you keep for life
-15min daily life coaching and/or counselling sessions over the phone/video call or via email on the days of your choice.
-20 minutes of online personal life coaching 2x/month to catch up with myself or one of our life coaches, where you practise solutions to your personal issues and get feedback.
This is a program you can keep for life, letting you design and structure every area of your life. A helpful program acting as a base during emotional, mental and physical ups and downs while remaining successful or growing successful in your life.
Women of all backgrounds can relate to this interactive information pack, keeping you grounded while receiving regular personal coaching by a certified holistic therapist to make sure results are shown within weeks. A full year of personal coaching achieving your goals and dreams, step-by-step.
